Bellotti is an Italian business that, since 1927, has operated with quality and innovation in the wood trade, producing plywood, sandwhich panels, and teak for both the Italian and international markets.
On the 1st of February 2026 Bellotti S.p.A. has leased the business unit related to the marine and railway sectors to Delignit Technologies Italia S.r.l.
This operation has been undertaken with the objective of ensuring business continuity, preserving know-how, and maintaining the high-quality standards of products and services that have characterized Bellotti for almost 100 years.
Delignit AG, a German company and market leader in the production of wood-based solutions, has recognized the value of the Bellotti brand and its technical and professional heritage. Through this industrial collaboration, Bellotti will be able to continue its evolution path, enabling the marine and railway business units to operate with increased solidity, with the aim of continuing to satisfy customer’s needs promptly and effectively.
Sectors
Over the years, we’ve consolidated our know-how across two main industries, yacht building and transportation. However, we also offer products and solutions in the furniture, industrial bodywork, and building industries.
Yacht building
The yacht building industry requires materials of the highest quality, with precise technical characteristics, in order to respond adequately to the conditions in which they are used.
Transportation
In this sector we’ve acquired a high level of technical competence, thanks to the development of various special projects, that have allowed us to design and implement integrated flooring solutions.
Other sectors
For the furniture, industrial bodywork, and construction sectors, we offer a comprehensive catalogue of products and solutions to meet any demand.
