Bellotti Laripan® panels have been used in the renovation of a luxury Milan apartment: the project guidelines (by architect Alessandra Zoppi and the engineer Mariano Barbuscia) were luminosity, lightness and transparency.
A lot of work was done at the structural level to lighten the system: the load-bearing structure of the iron truss was kept at the same level of the secondary structure of the laminated wood beams.
Subsequently, the laminated wood beams were interlocked with the iron beams and Bellotti’s Laripan® panels with sheared pine finish were fastened to the laminated wood beams.
